RESERVE BANK OF VANUATU NOTES

INVITATION TO TENDER DATED: 09 June 2008

The Reserve Bank of Vanuatu invites tenders for RBV Notes, Issue No. 024 of 2008 up to a limit of VT 600 million as follows:

Tenders on the special forms provided must be lodged in the RBV Notes Tender Box at the Banking Counter of the Reserve Bank of Vanuatu, between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. Tuesday, 10 June, 2008.

Payment in full of the amount due in respect of such allotments must be made to the Reserve Bank of Vanuatu either by a direct debit instruction or by cheque drawn in favor of the Reserve Bank not later than 11:00 am Wednesday 11 June, 2008.

Minimum tender : VT 1 million (face value),
Thereafter in multiples of : VT 1 million (face value)

Prospectus and Tender Forms are also available from the Banking Counter of the Reserve Bank of Vanuatu.

The Reserve Bank of Vanuatu has announced the result of Issue No. 023/2008 of Reserve Bank of Vanuatu Notes tender which closed at 11.00 am on 3 June 2008.

Rediscount Rate : 6.00 percent
Repurchase Agreement (REPO) : 6.00 percent
